1 - Liaqat Ali khan


Pakistan's highest government in terms of total responses


Liaqat Ali Khan is ranked second (under Ayub) in KP, Punjab and 'Others' within Pakistan.


He was also placed second (under ZA Bhutto) by Balochistan respondents.



2 - Ayub Khan


You got the highest percentage of 'Outstanding' votes (27%)


Ayub Khan has been appointed as the first governor by the KP and Punjab respondents, beating Liaqat Ali Khan slightly.


Balochistan respondents rated two points below average (from 2 to 4).


Unlike other regions, Balochistan did not have military authorities in its top three.



3 - Pervez Musharraf


Musharraf was rated two points lower (3 to 5) by Balochistan respondents.


He was also ranked with one low point in KP and Punjab.



4 - ZA Bhutto


The last governor to get points above 'Medium (3)' from the complete answers


ZA Bhutto has been appointed as the first governor by Balochistan respondents. In Balochistan, unlike all other provinces, the top 3 are total citizens.


He was selected by one point more (from 5 to 4) by KP and Punjab respondents, beating Musharraf.

Zia was ranked slightly higher (6 instead of 8) by KP respondents.

Yahya Khan is placed under (10th to 11th) in KP and Balochistan.


11 - Asif Zardari


Zardari has placed the worst ruler in all areas except KP and Balochistan, where he raised one point, beating Yahya Khan.
